Custom Orders
Most hats sold through our website are custom-designed or made-to-order. Because of the personalized nature of these products:
- Custom hats are only refundable and returnable in original unused condition.
If you have questions about your order before purchasing, please contact us and we will be happy to help.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
When contacting us, please include:
- Your order number
- Photos of the damaged product
- Photos of the packaging (if applicable)
After reviewing the issue, we may offer:
- A replacement
- A repair
- Store credit
- A refund (if applicable)
Order Accuracy
Please double-check all order details before submitting your order, including:

- Shipping address
We are not responsible for errors entered during checkout.
Shipping Issues
Once an order has been shipped, delivery times are determined by the shipping carrier. Camryn Lee Hat Co. is not responsible for delays caused by:

- Incorrect shipping addresses
If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply.
Exchanges
Because each hat is custom-made, exchanges are generally not available. If there is a sizing issue or concern, please contact us and we will do our best to help find a solution.
